We are now hiring an Service Manager to join the Denillo team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency to achieve daily goals and will be committed to holding the team accountable to the highest standards established by the company.
The HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) Service Manager leads team members who install, repair, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial buildings. This manager routinely works directly with service and install technicians, dispatch personnel and other managers to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting departmental goals and objectives. Presenting himself as a senior company representative, the HVAC Service Manager often communicates directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure accurate communication of job or project status and requirements.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm
Pay Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience (Salary and Bonus based)

Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to field technicians
- Assist in the hiring and training of new and existing technicians
- Supervise and direct technicians to work efficiently on daily tasks, such as installing and repairing HVAC equipment
- Review technicians work (ride-alongs, job site visits, quality audits, etc..)
- Responsible for technician's accountability and performance reviews
- Establish and maintain a training program
- Conduct group and one on one meetings with technicians as needed to maintain good culture and productivity
- Work with dispatchers for efficient dispatching and placement
- Stock warehouse with installation and service materials, parts and equipment
- Monitor financial goals and objectives
- Review work orders for accuracy
- Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed
- Monitor vehicle usage and service
- Keep current with the current HVAC training, products, and trends
- Manage large projects to keep schedule and deadlines
- Other tasks and responsibilities are required to maintain efficient operations
Job Requirements
- Excellent customer service and skills
- 10 years HVAC experience with 3-5 years management experience
- In depth knowledge and understand of residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Operations Experience
- Dispatching software experience - Service Titan
- Leadership skills with a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong personal desire for improvement
- Self motivated and the ability so solve problems
- Valid driver's license
- Ability and willingness to work non-standard schedule: weekends, nights, and holidays if needed
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
