We are currently looking for a motivated Install Helper to join our growing installation team.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Overtime opportunities available
What You'll Do
- Assist experienced HVAC installers with residential and light commercial equipment installations
- Help prepare job sites, organize materials, and maintain a clean work environment
- Learn proper installation techniques and industry best practices hands-on
- Provide excellent customer service while representing our company on job sites
Required Qualifications
- Must be ready and on-site by 7:30 AM daily
- One year of previous HVAC experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
