General Manager - HVAC Operations Denillo Heating and Air Pittsburgh, PA Area
Denillo Heating and Air is looking for a results-driven General Manager to take operational control and lead our team to the next level of performance and profitability.
As General Manager, you will work directly with ownership to oversee all aspects of the business and deliver strong financial and operational results.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $120,000
- Annual Performance Bonus (tied to company profitability and operational goals)
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leading all departments: Sales, Service, Installation, and Office Administration
- Full ownership of the company's Profit & Loss performance
- Developing and improving operational systems, processes, and standards
- Building and developing a high-performing leadership team
- Driving sales growth, project execution, and customer satisfaction
- Managing inventory, purchasing, and vendor negotiations
- Overseeing commercial projects from estimating through completion
- Acting as the final point of escalation for operational and customer issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years General Manager experience in a similar industry
- Track record managing a company generating $3M in annual revenue
- Strong P&L and financial management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Preferred:
- 10 years in HVAC or skilled trades management
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with QuickBooks and job costing
- Background managing $5M revenue operations
