Role Description: Entry Level Purchasing Assistant

Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- Solicit quotes for product/material needed
- Issue and process purchase orders for product/material
- Data entry, monitoring, and tracking of purchase orders, including back orders
- Inspect product/material in the warehouse
- Infrequent light warehouse duties
- Basic computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel

- Ability to work well with others in a team oriented environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Punctual
