What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Cultivator/Harvester position at Denco, LLC?

Duties Include:
- Watering, plant care, and maintenance
- De-leafing, cutting back, and undercutting plants
- Harvesting and trimming (by hand or machine)
- Separating plant strains
- Maintaining clean workstations and trimming equipment
- Post-harvest cleanup
- Pesticide application
- Cultivation tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
This is a hands-on position where you’ll constantly be learning. With time, training can lead to greater responsibilities. All team members must follow company policies and state regulations.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to perform a variety of manual labor tasks
Requirements:
- Must be able to work 6:00am–2:45pm, 5 days a week (minimum 40 hours/week, no exceptions)
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable with sitting, standing, and bending for extended periods
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a Colorado MED Employee Badge and be at least 21 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to start immediately
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Must comply with safety standards and MED rules and regulations
