Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Snow Remover role based in Anchorage, AK. The responsibilities include removing snow from driveways, walkways, parking lots, and other specified areas using tools such as shovels, snow blowers, and plows. The Snow Remover will also ensure safe and clear passageways by applying de-icing materials as needed. Timely and efficient response to snowfall events is required, along with adherence to safety protocols in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Experience with snow removal tools and equipment, such as shovels, snow blowers, and plows
- Knowledge of safety practices related to snow removal and outdoor maintenance
- Physical stamina and strength to handle physically demanding tasks in cold weather conditions
- Strong time management skills and ability to respond promptly during inclement weather
- Valid driver's license and a responsible driving record
- Previous snow removal or maintenance experience is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
