Join our summer Lawn Maintenance crew with potential of moving into our winter season. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of lawn care, landscape maintenance, and seasonal cleaning tasks that ensure our clients’ properties look their best year-round. Responsibilities
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to keep lawns and gardens looking pristine
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for landscape maintenance tasks
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and system functionality
- Conduct seasonal spring cleanups including debris removal, leaf clearing, and garden tidying
- Operate equipment such as excavators and snow plows during appropriate seasons to support landscape projects or winter preparations
- Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments
- Support hardscape installations like patios, walkways, or retaining walls as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members on larger construction or landscaping projects to deliver quality results
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with horticulture principles, tree care practices, and irrigation systems will help you excel in this role
- Experience operating excavators or snow plowing equipment is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions with energy and enthusiasm
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintaining outdoor spaces effectively
