Duties & Responsibilities:
- Move, wash, detail, and maintain Harley-Davidson motorcycles, ensuring they're always showroom-ready.
- Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport motorcycles and equipment.
- Efficiently transfer motorcycles in and out of the Service Department.
- Keep our dealership, lot, and equipment clean, organized, and looking sharp.
- Assist with unloading new motorcycle inventory from delivery trucks.
- Provide general support to our Service and Sales teams as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years motorcycle-related experience.
- Valid driver’s license with M1 motorcycle endorsement, or willingness to obtain endorsement.
- Clean driving record required.
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified (training provided!).
- Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and occasionally handle heavier loads.
- Comfortable balancing, pushing, and maneuvering motorcycles weighing 600 lbs.
- Passionate about motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidson, and eager to learn.
- High-energy, dependable, detail-oriented with a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and use both hands.
- Regularly exposed to a fast-paced, noisy environment.
- Potential exposure to gasoline, cleaning chemicals, battery acid, and typical shop materials.
- Frequently works around moving mechanical parts and exhaust fumes.
