Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, located in Southfield, MI. The Senior Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for building relationships with clients, analyzing their financial needs, and providing tailored mortgage solutions. Daily responsibilities include guiding clients through the mortgage process, assisting with applications, evaluating creditworthiness, facilitating the underwriting process, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. Additionally, the individual will collaborate closely with team members to meet performance goals and provide exceptional customer service.

• Strong understanding and experience in Mortgage Lending and the Mortgage Industry
• Expertise in Loan Officer duties, including assessing financial information and processing loan applications
• Familiarity with Underwriting processes, including credit and risk evaluation
• Excellent Customer Service skills to guide clients through the mortgage process and build lasting relationships
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals
• Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Southfield, MI
• Relevant licensing and certifications in mortgage lending
• Proficiency in financial software tools and CRM systems is preferred
