Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The E-Banking Specialist is a member of the E-Banking (Data Processing) Department. This position provides support to all users of the various electronic payment systems including online banking, ATM and visa check cards, wire transfers, ACH, currency orders and shipments to and from the Federal Reserve Bank, large return notifications, overdrafts, return item processing, Canadian check processing, telephone banking management, fraud monitoring with customer verification tracking, and mail room duties. Provide resolution for error adjustments to the Federal Reserve cash letters as well as dispute claims against all other payment systems.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in banking operations with at least one year of experience as a Teller. In the absence of Teller experience, candidates should demonstrate experience in a professional office/administrative setting or an equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience. 2+ years in banking operations preferred.
