Requirements / Qualifications
-Required credential: Education Specialist Instruction Credential: Moderate/Severe Special Education (Education Specialist Instruction) Credentials authorize the holder to teach in the disability areas of specialization, such as Mild/Moderate, Moderate/Severe Disabilities, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Visual Impairments, Physical and Health Impairments, and Early Childhood Special Education. State -ESSA Highly Qualified in "General Subjects" -English Learner Authorization Attached credential copy must include DETAILED credential information including the document number, authorization code, authorization description, issue date and expiration date. Such copies can be obtained using the link provided to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing website through the “Secured Search” option. “SUITABLE FOR FRAMING” VERSIONS AND EXPIRED COPIES OF YOUR CREDENTIAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
