Main Responsibilities
- Production & Quality Control: Oversee all fertilization revenue goals. Conduct property audits to ensure applications are effective .
- Agronomic Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert for turf issues (disease, pests, nutrient deficiencies). Perform site estimates and troubleshoot "problem lawns."
- Inventory & Safety: Manage chemical storage, SDS sheets, and equipment maintenance. Ensure all PPE and Tennessee Dept. of Agriculture (TDA) regulations are strictly followed.
- Client Partnership: Speak with clients to explain the "why" behind their lawn’s progress. We solve problems; we don’t just deflect calls.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for aeration, over-seeding, or soil amendments. You earn a 1% uncapped lifetime commission on any service you add.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 2 years of experience applying fertilizers and herbicides.
- Licensing: Must have (or be able to obtain immediately) a Category 3 (Lawn & Turf) Pesticide Applicator License from the TDA.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with ServiceAutopilot and Google Suite.
- The "Vibe": A Chick-fil-A level of service, positive energy, and the emotional intelligence to lead a team.
- Communication: Spanish speaking is a major plus (or a willingness to learn).
- Driver’s License: A clean driving record is non-negotiable.

Schedule and Compensation
- Status: Full-time, Year-Round.
- Location: Powell, TN.
- Hours: 35–40 hours per week (Typical 10-hour shifts during peak season).
- Pay: $800–$950/week 1% Uncapped Lifetime Commission on sales.
