Dempsey-Weiss is a second-generation insurance agency that has been serving business owners and families in Southern NJ and Southeastern PA since 1989. As an integral part of our team, you’ll be an insurance account executive, crucial in providing exceptional service to our clients and agents. Your direct collaboration with agents to understand client needs and risks and to ensure their accounts are well-maintained, will be key to our success. You’ll also work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

While we prefer candidates with 5 years of customer service experience and 3 years in insurance, we’re open to the right fit! Property, Casualty, and Life licenses are a plus but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary in the range of $45,000 to $55,000 per year (based on experience and licensing)
