Production Worker
Dempsey Manufacturing
Pay: $13.00–$14.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule Options:
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Dempsey Manufacturing is looking for dependable, hardworking Production Workers to join our growing team. This role is responsible for preparing, packaging, and producing our allergen-friendly products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Previous kitchen, food production, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. We're happy to train someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package products according to company standards
- Follow recipes, production schedules, and quality control procedures
- Label, organize, and prepare products for distribution
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with other production tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Kitchen, bakery, food service, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
