Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, self-driven Front Counter Customer Service Associate to join our fast-paced bakery team. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely guest-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working collaboratively with both customers and teammates.
Must be available to work until 7:00 PM Monday–Friday and until 2:00 PM on Saturdays.

Responsibilities
- Delivering an exceptional guest-first experience by greeting customers warmly, assisting with questions, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for
- Prioritizing guest needs while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately packaging food items according to standards.
- Handling food with care and attention to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary front counter, packaging areas, and dining spaces
- Communicating clearly with guests in person and over the phone to ensure orders are correct and expectations are met
- Operating a register/iPad POS system with accuracy and professionalism
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace
- Upholding company standards that protect customer trust by making guest satisfaction and food safety the top priorities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
