Dempsey Bakery is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Baker to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who truly loves baking, works with precision, and thrives in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
This position starts as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance, availability, and business needs.
Schedule Requirements
- Monday–Friday, with potential Saturdays
- Availability required between 4:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Training hours: 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Post-training hours: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake products following established recipes and procedures
- Maintain strict allergen-free food safety standards
- Produce consistent, high-quality baked goods
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
Qualifications
- Passion for baking and food production
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures exactly
- Ability to work at a fast, steady pace
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Prior baking or kitchen experience preferred (training provided)
