DeMoulin Brothers & Company, the oldest and largest marching band uniform manufacturer is looking for an energetic, dedicated person to help create the best made uniforms on the market. Summary: Ensure the coordination of sales through correspondence between the customer and manufacturing. Ensure the service is handled with efficiency, quality, and in a timely manner. Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in accounting functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Serve as member of sales through online and accessory orders. Invoice and enter orders efficiently and in a quality manner. Consult with designated production personnel regarding inquiries about production procedures, design, orders, etc. and respond to customer or sales rep. Manage customer calls effectively. Gather information from potential customer calls and emails. Process orders by updating pricing and requesting purchase order and sizes from customer. Handle all customer service issues that do not require management decisions including correspondence and within approved level of authority. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience: Understanding of product knowledge and customer service at a level normally acquired through completion of an Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and 1 year related experience and/or training.
Skills: Requires good communication skills. Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing. Requires organizational and time management skills. Ability to use word and spreadsheet based computer programs. Ability to read specifications and interpret to customer satisfaction, product and pricing.
