BRAND AMBASSADOR – ITALIAN FOOD & IN-STORE TASTINGS
DEMOS US CORP is hiring 4 Brand Ambassadors for in-store tastings at the Eataly Short Hills, The Mall at Short Hills, 1200 Morris Turnpike PAY & SCHEDULE
- $30/hour, paid weekly.
- Paid training.
- Minimum availability: 8 hours per week, typically two 4-hour sessions.
- Weekend availability required; weekday shifts may also be available.
- Choose from available shifts. Additional hours depend on client bookings.
- No assignments on public holidays, including Thanksgiving and Labor Day.
THE ROLE
Introduce Italian food products to shoppers, offer samples, explain product features and serving ideas, and encourage purchases. Set up and clean the tasting station, follow food handling and brand guidelines, and submit a short report with sales, feedback and photos where permitted.
ABOUT YOU
- Confident communication in English.
- Friendly, reliable, punctual and comfortable approaching shoppers.
- Interest in Italian food and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for reporting.
- Able to commute reliably to the Prudential Center; no car required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Italian language skills, from intermediate to native-level, and a passion for Italian culture and food are a plus. Slack familiarity and experience in hospitality, retail or sales are welcome but not required.
