We are looking for an experienced RV Porter/Forklift Operator to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, safety-focused, and takes pride in getting the job done without constant supervision.

Responsibilities
- Safely move and position RVs throughout the dealership using a forklift or other equipment.
- Organize and maintain the lot in a clean, professional appearance.
- Stage units for customer delivery, service, and display.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and relocating inventory.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Communicate effectively with the sales and service teams.
Qualifications
- Previous RV porter experience preferred.
- Forklift operating experience is required.
- Ability to safely maneuver large trailers and RVs.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the day.
