Demolition Dent has expanded into collision and paint services. Our facility is operational, repair volume is steady, and we are hiring a Body Shop Manager/ Partner to lead production.
This role is designed for someone with established industry experience who can manage a department independently. We are not looking to provide day-to-day oversight—we need a manager who sets the standard and holds the team to it.
Position Structure
This is a 1099 independent contractor/partner role.

- Consistent workflow—customer acquisition and sales are handled internally
- Operational autonomy over the collision and paint department
What We Expect
- Proven management experience in collision, body, or paint operations
- Ability to staff and lead a team of 2-3 technicians, either by bringing existing personnel or recruiting quickly
- Strong understanding of repair workflow from disassembly through final delivery
- Professional standards in quality, turnaround, and shop conduct
- Self-sufficiency—minimal direction required from ownership
