This includes planning, analysis and requirements, specification, design,testing, training, implementation and post-implementation activities. Serve as liaison between business users and technical members of the development team to develop application technical designs. Conduct comprehensive program studies and make recommendations for program changes based on study results.Analyze and assess the effect of program policy on program operations;
Formulate proposals to change policy where impact has been detrimental to programs.
