The Company:
We are a high-growth General Contracting firm in Everett, WA, moving away from high-volume maintenance to focus on high-ticket Unit Turns, Remodels, and Commercial Tenant Improvements (TI). We are building a tech-forward "machine" that runs on JobTread and CompanyCam. We are looking for a "Right Hand" who is ready to scale with us and transition from the field into a Senior Leadership role.
The Mission:
We need a superstar to own the field operations so we can keep the sales engine running. You will be responsible for ensuring every project hits the finish line with precision.
Phase 1 (The Hybrid): You will perform onsite assessments, material logistics, and high-level technical "finish" checklist tasks.
Phase 2 (The Manager): You will manage subcontractors, oversee quality control, and ensure every milestone is documented perfectly in our systems.
The Goal: Full-scale Project Management. You manage the subs, I manage the growth.
Who You Are:
Process-Driven: You thrive on following clear SOPs and instructions. You understand that if it’s not in the system, it didn't happen.
Technically Proficient: You have the tools and the "eye" for high-end residential and commercial repair work.
Sub-Connected: If you have an existing roster of trusted subcontractors, that is a massive advantage.
The Gear: You have a reliable truck/van, a clean driving record, and a professional toolkit.
The Reward:
We reward performance, not just "showing up." This is a per-project revenue/profit-sharing model designed for an overachiever. As we scale and you prove your ability to manage higher-ticket projects ($50k ), your earning potential will reflect that (Target: $75k–$100k ). This role is designed to grow into a salaried Senior PM position as the branch matures.
