The Fabrication Supervisor position is a full-time, on-site role located in Aberdeen, SD. The supervisor will oversee daily production processes in the fabrication department, ensuring operations align with company standards. Responsibilities include managing production planning, enforcing quality control, supervising team members, coordinating schedules, and training employees to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supervisory and Training skills to effectively lead, mentor, and develop a team
- Experience with Quality Control to ensure standards and specifications are consistently met
- Skills in Production Planning for efficient scheduling and resource allocation
- Technical skills in Welding as required for fabrication processes
