We're looking for a Treatment Coordinator who gets that. Someone who walks into a consultation and sees a person — not a chart.
What You'll Do
You'll be the first real relationship a patient builds with our practice. From the moment someone walks in curious about their smile to the day they say yes to treatment, you guide that journey with warmth, clarity, and confidence.
- Lead consultations that feel like conversations, not sales pitches
- Present treatment plans and financial options in a way that's clear, honest, and patient-centered — because their benefit always comes first
- Partner closely with our clinical team to create seamless care transitions
- Own the details: scheduling, insurance verification, financial arrangements — so patients feel taken care of every step of the way
Who You Are
You're a natural connector. People feel at ease with you quickly, and you genuinely care about helping them make decisions that are right for them. You bring:
- A warm, engaging presence and strong communication skills
- 2 years in customer service, healthcare, or dental (orthodontic or TC experience is a bonus)
- Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with dental software — or a willingness to learn fast
