What You’ll Do
- Assist Dr. Demko chairside with orthodontic procedures, including braces, aligners, and digital records
- Travel with Dr. Demko to all three office locations (Chesterfield, Washington, and St. Charles) — gaining exposure to a variety of patients, cases, and team experiences
- Provide outstanding patient care and education
- Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and sterilization areas
- Take diagnostic photos, scans, and impressions
- Support clinical flow and ensure every visit runs smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred (we’re happy to train the right person!)
- Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Personality: Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn — you care about people and love helping others feel confident

Schedule
Full-time Monday–Friday (Some travel between Chesterfield, Washington, and St. Charles required)
Compensation
