Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and help deliver on revenue goals by representing our products and services with professionalism and passion. The territory to be covered will be southeastern PA, parts of Central, PA and parts of MD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service and solutions.
- Track sales activity, forecast revenue, and report on performance metrics.
- Represent DeMitri Chesapeake Sales at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the food and/or beverage industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
