Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant, cocktail bar, hotel, or upscale hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Experience working in a high-volume service environment
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands require
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume Bars
- Experience with craft cocktails and premium spirits
- Experience working both service well and guest-facing bar
Position Summary

Core Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest
- Build relationships with guests while maintaining professional service standards
- Make thoughtful food, wine, cocktail, and spirit recommendations
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Beverage Execution
- Prepare cocktails according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain consistency, speed, and accuracy during service
- Serve beer, wine, and spirits responsibly
- Ensure beverage presentation meets company expectations
Bar Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and opening and closing duties
- Follow proper cash handling and POS procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of bar equipment and workstations
Teamwork & Professionalism
- Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, bar backs, kitchen staff, and management
- Communicate effectively during service
- Accept coaching and feedback with a positive attitude
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and reliability
- Support fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
