Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Associate Attorney based in Chicago, IL.
The Associate Attorney will work on a broad spectrum of legal matters—not limited to any single practice area. Responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse caseload from intake through resolution
- Conducting thorough legal research
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents
- Providing clear, strategic legal advice to clients
- Representing clients in hearings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings
- Communicating with clients frequently and professionally
- Collaborating with attorneys and staff to support firm-wide goals

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois (required)
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work across multiple practice areas and handle varied case types
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-management skills
- Strong negotiation skills and judgment when advising clients
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required
