We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Pre-Suit Bodily Injury Attorney to join our plaintiff's personal injury team. This position is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients, excels at negotiating with insurance companies, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, is licensed to practice law in Florida, and has experience independently managing a pre-suit personal injury caseload from intake through settlement. Fluency in Spanish is highly valued in personal injury practices serving diverse client populations.
- Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury pre-suit caseload from inception through settlement.
- Conduct client consultations and develop case strategy.
- Review accident reports, medical records, insurance policies, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate directly with English and Spanish-speaking clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Prepare and review settlement demand packages.
- Negotiate bodily injury claims to maximize client recovery.
- Provide legal guidance throughout the pre-suit process.
- Work closely with case managers, paralegals, and support staff to ensure exceptional client service.
- Maintain accurate case notes and meet firm deadlines.
- Identify cases appropriate for litigation and coordinate seamless file transfers when necessary.
- Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff personal injury pre-suit experience preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Experience handling bodily injury claims and insurance negotiations.
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
