What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Demco Law Firm, P.S.?
Demco Law Firm, P.S. is a regional law firm focused on real estate, business, and civil litigation matters. Our practice includes counseling for real estate firms and brokers, developers, contractors, homeowners, associations, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, property managers, and virtually any other members of the real estate community.
We are looking for an energetic, detail and task-oriented individual to join our Seattle office as an associate attorney. The candidate should have a desire to grow with the firm. The ability to work individually and collaboratively with other members of the firm is essential. The position will focus exclusively on building and working within the firm's real estate litigation practice.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated with 1-3 years of litigation experience, but new graduates with excellent credentials are encouraged to apply. The position offers direct client contact, court appearances, motion practice, and case handling through all phases of litigation.
The applicant should be in good standing with the State Bar of Washington. Membership in the State Bar of Oregon a plus.
