Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role
- Accurately pack products according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Ensure proper labeling of packages, including barcodes, shipping labels, and handling instructions.
- Prepare and verify shipping manifests and documentation for outbound shipments.
- Cross-check item counts, weights, and descriptions to ensure accuracy.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or non-conforming products.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement and storage locations.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret packing slips, manifests, and quality standards.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
