Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will Do in This Role:
- Print large volumes of a variety of requests for electrical/mechanical/software engineers and installers globally
- Print multiple sizes (A,B,C,D,E) primary engineer drawings
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for machines and equipment
- Process incoming ticket requests
- Retrieve company US Mail from the Post Office
- Distribute mail, order supplies, restock all MFD’s on-site
- Shred files
- Partner with Facilities Specialist for restocking water throughout campuses
- Receive small package shipments from carriers and process shipments through FedEx, US Mail and others
- Perform audits on departments for delivering mail
- Cross-training within the department and other responsibilities as needed
- Process international and local mailings
- Assists facilities department and security with data entry and admin tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience using Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Ability to safely lift and move various items weighing up to 50-100 pounds
- Comfortable learning and using business applications and shipping/tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail while working independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven record of providing outstanding customer service and build positive working relationships
- Experience in shipping and receiving, mailroom, facilities support, logistics, customer service, or a related field preferred
