Tasks and Qualifications:
What you will do in this Role:
- Complete assigned electrical tasks safely and efficiently within the allotted time as advised by site supervision.
- Take personal responsibility for safety and promote a secure workplace for others.
- Provide mentorship, basic training, and support to less experienced personnel.
- Required to travel 100% to customer sites across the United States.
- Able to lift 50 lbs or more. Performs activities such as shoving, hauling, bending down, creeping, and walking. Work takes place within expansive building areas in diverse environments.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the continental United States.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required; technical degree or specialized training preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
- Strong safety awareness with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and performing tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking on large construction sites in various climates.
- Effective communicator and able to take direction from supervision.
- Basic digital literacy preferred, including email, spreadsheet entry, and report input.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
