Classified Network IT / ICS Specialist
Role Summary:
This role supports and maintains IT systems within classified environments, including Vault-Type Room (VTR), Limited Area (LA), SCIF, and ICS‑related systems depending on mission. Ensures compliance with strict DOE/NNSA or DoD security, operational, and technical controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain classified network systems, workstations, and secure communications equipment.
- Manage ICS/OT equipment if applicable, ensuring segmentation and cyber‑physical protections.
- Support audits, inspections, and configuration requirements within classified spaces.
- Manage secure media, removable devices, and TEMPEST‑related controls.
- Interface with ISSM/ISSO to ensure compliance with Access Control, Media Protection, and System/Communications Protection controls.
- Execute patching and updates within constraints of classified system processes.
- Maintain boundary protection technologies (air gaps, guards, cross‑domain solutions as applicable).
- Provide end user support for classified network users.
- Provide application support to facilitate mission operations.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 Years of experience working in restricted/classified environments.
- 5 years of experience working with ICS/OT networks and industrial control systems.
- Ability to operate within strict procedural and compliance‑driven environments.
- Active Q Clearance.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
