What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Warehouse Manager position at DeMarco Roofing, Inc.?
DeMarco Roofing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Warehouse Manager responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations within the warehouse, including but not limited to ensuring materials are prepared for crews daily, inventory is managed, the coordination of material deliveries and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage material deliveries including verifying order contents and organizing storage of materials.
- Prepare materials and stage loading area for crews daily. This can include painting with spray guns.
- Provide material needs throughout the day to jobsites. This includes operating company vehicles within the greater Columbus area. This can also include pulling trailers.
- Keep inventory accurate and organized.
- Assist with inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workspace.
- Daily reporting including inventory allocations.
- Ensure materials are used efficiently and minimize waste.
- Operate a forklift
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or material management.
- Basic understanding of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Clean driving record, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
