What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at DeMarco Management Corporation?
Our growing company is looking for a part time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Windsor, CT. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional service, reliability and quality work for all areas related to customer service, physical building maintenance and janitorial duties.
Responsibilities and Requirements include:
-Respond in a timely manner to tenant work orders and after hour emergency calls.
-Perform basic plumbing such as faucet and toilet repairs.
-Perform drywall repairs, such as patching holes, sanding, painting
-Completes unit turn overs in accordance to company policies and procedures.
-Perform repairs in units and around the building.
-Performs routine cleaning of interior and exterior common areas.
-Subject to being on call for after hour emergencies and weekends.
Our Ideal Candidate:
-Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance experience in residential property management field.

Minimum Requirements:
-Candidate must have general maintenance experience with working knowledge of plumbing an basic carpentry skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Possesses tools necessary to complete repairs and work orders.
-Ability to climb (ladders), balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift.
