We’re seeking an experienced Pre-Suit Attorney to join our Boca Raton office. This is a hands-on role managing a caseload of personal injury pre-litigation matters from intake through settlement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in plaintiff personal injury law, strong leadership skills, and the ability to guide a team of pre-suit paralegals to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through resolution
- Evaluate claims, establish case strategy, and guide paralegals in preparing demand packages
- Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters
- Conduct and oversee initial intake calls with potential new clients
- Supervise and mentor pre-suit paralegals, providing training, feedback, and support
- Review and approve demand letters, medical summaries, and settlement documentation
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, insurance carriers, and providers
- Ensure files move efficiently through the pre-suit process with attention to detail and timeliness
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active member of The Florida Bar, in good standing
- 5–10 years of plaintiff personal injury experience required
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Must be able to work fully in-office in our Boca Raton location
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $120,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experience
