As one of the leading Plaintiff's injury law firms in South Florida, we specialize in motor vehicle negligence, wrongful death, and premises liability cases. We’re seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our team and make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Client Interaction: Meet with clients both in-person and over the phone, ensuring clear communication and providing a high level of customer care.
- Legal Documentation: Handle electronic filing with the Court, draft and file complaints, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents.
- Medical Record Management: Regularly gather, review, and update medical records, bills, and other relevant documents from medical providers and third-party processing sites.
- Case Preparation: Manage all aspects of case prep, including creating detailed Excel itemizations of medical bills and gathering vital case information (police reports, death certificates, EMS reports, etc.).
- Scheduling: Coordinate mediation, depositions, hearings, and related legal proceedings while ensuring all documents are prepared for successful outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our legal team to ensure smooth case progression and support on litigation tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation within the Personal Injury space.
- Prior Medical Mal Practice experience
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, FileVine, Dropbox, and Adobe. Familiarity with legal tech tools is a plus!
- Drive: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Work Environment:
- Full-time position, based in Boca Raton, FL.
- Monday to Friday, day shift (8:30 am- 5:00 pm)
