Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee enterprise integration architecture, API strategy, and procurement system implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system integrations, enterprise architecture, procurement platforms, ERP systems, API development, and technical leadership. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations across enterprise applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in system integration, API engineering, and enterprise architecture.
- 4 years of leadership experience managing technical teams or large-scale implementations.
- 3 years of experience leading enterprise procurement, ERP, or finance system implementations.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, API Gateways, ESB, and iPaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, C#, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Experience integrating major ERP and vendor management systems.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and integration monitoring tools.
- Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba, Ivalua, or similar solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions.
- Define and maintain integration architecture, API standards, and governance frameworks.
- Design and optimize REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation rules, and integration patterns.
- Oversee integrations between procurement platforms, ERP systems, vendor management systems, SSO/IDM solutions, and document management platforms.
- Develop architecture artifacts including system diagrams, data flow maps, and technical frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with security standards including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, RBAC, and mTLS.
- Support data governance, master data synchronization, validation processes, and integration monitoring.
- Conduct impact assessments for system enhancements and integration changes.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, testing standards, and performance benchmarks for integration deployments.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Work Environment
