Note: We are only considering candidates who can work on W2 and hold either U.S. Citizenship (USC) or Green Card (GC) status.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support enterprise-level healthcare and Medicaid system projects for SCDHHS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing test strategies, executing QA processes, supporting automation frameworks, and ensuring software quality across multiple applications and systems.
Required Skills: (Must be in Resume)
- 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- 5 years of experience creating test cases from business requirements.
- 3 years of experience with Selenium or Sahi Pro Automation Framework.
- Experience designing and developing automation scripts.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with formal test design techniques such as Equivalence Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis.
- Experience with test design tools like PICT or similar tools.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and QA/UAT processes.
- Perform Smoke Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
- Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium/Sahi Pro frameworks.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios.
- Identify, document, track, and communicate defects using defect management tools.
- Coordinate with developers, business teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing governance, and best practices.
- Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, inspections, and testing audits.
- Prepare and publish test status reports and testing outcome summaries.
- Support both Waterfall and Agile project delivery environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on large enterprise applications.
- Healthcare or Medicaid domain experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA EDI Transactions and X12 standards.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
- Equivalent QA experience may be considered in place of degree
