Overview
We are seeking a Cyber AI Lead to spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and modernization initiatives across our cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and enterprise IT programs. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic pre-sales and business development support to advance contract delivery, modernize legacy systems, and expand our AI-driven solution portfolio.
The ideal candidate will design and integrate AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency, security posture, and system interoperability, while actively supporting pre-sales activities including opportunity qualification, solutioning, and RFP/RFI development. This role partners closely with delivery teams and the Business Development organization to support pipeline growth and capture success, making it ideal for a leader passionate about applying AI to real-world, mission-driven challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in data engineering, solution architecture, software engineering, or systems integration.
- 5 years of experience designing, deploying, or operating AI/ML systems, including MLOps pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and automation frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C , with experience using AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, etc.).
- Experience supporting system modernization, integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure software delivery environments.
- Proven experience supporting pre-sales activities, including technical proposal writing (RFPs/RFIs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance preferred.
