Account Manager – Precision Engineering - c.$70K - $85K Base

A growing precision engineering business in Lebanon, NH is looking to appoint an Account Manager to support the next phase of its expansion journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company operating in a highly technical manufacturing environment, supplying precision-engineered solutions to customers across advanced industries. With ambitious plans to triple in size by 2030, the business is investing heavily in both its people and commercial capability.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and developing customer relationships, acting as the bridge between clients and internal engineering/manufacturing teams to ensure a high level of service, communication, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and ongoing projects
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met
- Support quotation, order management, and project updates
- Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term partnerships
- Build strong customer trust through responsiveness and technical understanding
- Maintain accurate CRM and commercial records
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Support, or Commercial roles within manufacturing or engineering
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset
- Experience within precision engineering, machining, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, medical, semiconductor, or related technical sectors would be advantageous
