Job Description: As a Senior Service Technician at Delval Equipment, you'll be able to deepen your expertise in boiler systems, taking on high-impact work centered around diagnostics, system optimization, and long-term customer partnerships. This role is ideal for an experienced boiler professional ready to own complex challenges and grow into a long-term career at the top of the trade, or a mechanically-inclined problem solver with related experience. You'll work alongside some of the industry's most experienced technicians, solving problems for facilities that depend on uptime every day. We are hiring for all locations: Valley Forge, Lebanon, and Washington, PA, and Sykesville and Easton, MD.
Experienced boiler technicians may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.

What You'll Do
- Perform start-ups, maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial and industrial boiler systems, burners, controls, and pressure vessels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and combustion-related issues.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain combustion controls, burners, and related equipment.
- Complete preventive maintenance and system optimization work to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Respond to service calls and emergency situations, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Work safely in industrial environments, including confined spaces, elevated work areas, and high-temperature conditions.
- Complete work orders, service documentation, and reporting accurately using company software and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Travel daily to customer sites throughout the region, with occasional overnight travel as needed.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional overtime to support customer operations.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years of boiler experience, including knowledge of boilers, burners, and controls, OR 3 years in commercial/industrial HVAC service with equivalent system knowledge.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with boilers, burners, combustion controls, and related systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and equipment documentation.
- Commitment to safe work practices in industrial environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the region.
- Technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a desire to continue learning and growing.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting equipment and working in confined or elevated spaces.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
