Position Summary
Delva Tool & Machine is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing CNC machinery equipment between our two facilities located a few miles apart.
*This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service on CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, multi-axis machines, and associated support systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues specific to CNC equipment.
- Clean and maintain machine components, including removing and reinstalling parts as needed for service and repair.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures, worn parts, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs for all CNC equipment.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify machine performance issues and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to schedule downtime for service without disrupting operations.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with ISO, OSHA, and GMP standards.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of CNC maintenance experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, OSHA, DOT, and other safety regulations and rules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as electrical and mechanical schematics, part manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
- Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building, and equipment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
