Production Coordinator

Position Summary

Delva Tool (DTM) is seeking a Production Coordinator for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The Production Coordinator is responsible for tracking materials throughout the manufacturing process, tracking material orders, and ensuring adherence to the production schedule.

*This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm. Our work area is 100% climate controlled. The hiring range for this position is between $28.00 - $33.00/hr. depending on experience*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Track parts--incoming and outgoing. 
• Expedite parts--incoming and outgoing. 
• Provide travelers to identify material as delivered. 
• Coordinate manufacturing, inspection, purchasing (PO’s), shipping/receiving functions, communicating priorities. 
• Planning, scheduling, follow up, directing work, addressing, and resolving problems. 
• Facilitate needed communications between departments. 

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• 8 years related experience coordinating production and manufacturing is required. 
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routing reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. 
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 
• Ability to read precision gauges and visual accuracy.
• Ability to produce precision work.
