DELUXETON HOMES has an immediate opening for Architectural Designer in Sandy Spring, Georgia office. The successful candidate has 1 year experiences in Residential, hotel, mixed use and the demonstrated ability to support the project team by preparing design, documents, and providing a direct communication line with assigned clients & oversees all project(s) associated with the client and/or program.
Desired Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Master’s degree preferred. * AutoCAD/REVIT proficiency required * 1 years of professional architectural experience * Interest in performing cost estimating
Responsibilities: * Interacting with clients, staff and consultants to successfully design and execute projects * Produce working, presentation and detail drawings in AutoCAD/ Revit * Produce 3D model using SketchUp, Revit * Submittal Review, RFI research and responses * Coordinate project documents through all phases of design * Assist in proposal/ marketing efforts * Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing * Collaborate with other team members as required to meet project objectives
