Deluxe Wine & Spirits is growing our Chicago-area sales team, and we're looking for outgoing, motivated people who enjoy meeting customers, building relationships, and making money based on their results.

This can be your main sales opportunity or a great way to earn additional income alongside your current work.

If you already work in sales, restaurants, hospitality, retail, food or beverage—or simply know a lot of local businesses and are good with people—this could be a great fit.

You don't need to sit in an office, and you don't need to work nights. You'll have the flexibility to build your territory, develop your own customer relationships, and increase your income as your accounts grow.

What You Can Earn

• 10% sales commission
• $200 weekly gas allowance

Estimated earning potential: $50,000–$100,000 annually for a strong full-time producer.

For someone doing this alongside another job, business, or sales portfolio, it can also be an attractive source of additional income.

There is no base salary or guaranteed hourly wage. Your earnings are based on the business you develop and the sales you generate.

The Opportunity

You'll represent a growing portfolio of imported and specialty wines and spirits and introduce them to:

• Liquor stores
• Restaurants and bars
• Grocery and specialty stores
• Independent retailers
• Other licensed accounts

The goal isn't just to make one sale. It's to build relationships and repeat business.

Open a good account, take care of the customer, and that account can continue ordering from you—giving you an opportunity to build a valuable book of business over time.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you're:

• Already in wine, spirits, beverage, food, hospitality, or outside sales.
• An independent sales rep looking to add a non-conflicting product line.
• Working in restaurants or hospitality and looking for additional income during the day.
• Someone with strong relationships with local restaurants, liquor stores, bars, or retailers.
• A natural salesperson who enjoys meeting business owners and developing new relationships.
• Self-motivated and looking for an opportunity where your results directly affect what you earn.

Previous wine and spirits experience is helpful, but it is not required for the right person.

North Territory

We're especially interested in people familiar with:

North Chicago North Shore North/Northwest Suburbs

Knowledge of European and Eastern European restaurants, retailers, products, or communities is a plus.

A second language is NOT required.

Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Serbian, Bulgarian, or other European language skills are welcome, but they're simply a bonus.

Basic Requirements

You must:

• Be 21
• Have reliable transportation
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Be comfortable visiting and developing business accounts
• Be dependable and able to manage your own schedule
• Follow company pricing, credit, delivery, and alcohol compliance policies
