About the Role Deluxe Waterproofing & Caulking is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager / General Superintendent to oversee daily field operations, jobsite coordination, and material logistics. This role serves as a key communication link between the office, field crews, and clients. Key Responsibilities Field & Project OversightManage daily project schedules and manpower assignmentsVisit active job sites to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are metCoordinate and deliver materials, equipment, and toolsConduct jobsite inspections, site walks, and quality control checksAttend subcontractor, coordination, and OAC meetings and document discussions Team & Crew SupportEnsure field teams start the day with clear direction and resourcesSupport foremen with troubleshooting and on-site needsTrain and mentor field staff on safety, productivity, and quality execution Communication & CoordinationAct as primary point of contact for GC superintendents and project managersProvide daily communication and updates to office staff and leadershipCreate and maintain project schedules, daily logs, meeting notes, and documentation Admin & ReportingPrepare daily reports, progress photos, and job status updatesTrack materials, deliveries, and equipment needsAssist with manpower planning, job sequencing, and operational forecasting RequirementsConstruction field supervision experience (waterproofing or exterior trades preferred)Strong ability to schedule crews, equipment, and materialsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordComfortable using technology (reporting apps, photos, scheduling tools)Ability to walk construction sites, lift materials, and assist crews as needed Preferred QualificationsExperience in waterproofing, concrete restoration, or exterior envelope tradesWorking knowledge of safety standards and jobsite protocolsBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredExperience collaborating with GCs, subcontractors, and field labor teams Why Join UsWork with a growing specialty contractor offering long-term career opportunitiesDirect influence on field operations and team developmentSupportive leadership team that values integrity, teamwork, and hard workCompetitive pay and clear growth pathCompany DescriptionFounded in 2010, Deluxe Waterproofing & Caulking, Inc. specializes in high-quality waterproofing, concrete restoration, and building maintenance services.
