Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and package products according to specifications.
- Inspect products during packaging to identify and report quality concerns such as contamination, flash, or other defects.
- Complete packaging documentation and labeling accurately.
- Weigh finished boxes and prepare shipments on skids or carts.
- Review job instructions, item binders, and related production information daily.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Participate in company projects, committees, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Count parts, prepare work areas for upcoming jobs, and perform additional production-related duties as needed.
- Communicate quality issues promptly to supervisors, team leads, or technical personnel.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday.
- Frequent bending, crouching, and reaching.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
- Occasional pushing and pulling of heavier materials, including pallet jack use.
- Ability to visually inspect products and monitor production equipment.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts when required.
