Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design vision and requirements.
- Utilize Mozaik software to create detailed design plans and layouts.
- Develop remodeling concepts that align with client expectations and budget constraints.
- Manage the sales process by presenting design proposals and negotiating terms effectively.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including stock inventory and account management records.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to enhance design offerings.
Skills
- Proficiency in Mozaik 20/20 software for creating accurate design plans.
- Experience in remodeling projects with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Sales skills to effectively present designs and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers efficiently.
